Government Program
The South Australian AI Capability Pilot Program is an initiative of the Government of South Australia’s Office for Small and Family Business, delivered as part of the South Australian Small Business Strategy 2023–2030.
It is designed to help small and family businesses move beyond AI curiosity, into practical capability & sustainable adoption.
Proudly delivered by simplefy.ai, this program is specifically built to overcome the common barriers of time constraints, technical overwhelm, and data security concerns. Through our signature hands-on 'Build Days' and tailored 1:1 coaching, we equip business owners and their teams with practical skills, confidence, and guided support to begin adopting AI safely.
The Complete Program
Your journey includes three phases:
1. Build Day (4 hours): Intensive, hands-on building with our team guiding you every step. You'll leave with shared capability foundations that make your coaching sessions more effective.
2. 1:1 Coaching (5 hours): Post-session support for refinements, troubleshooting, and guidance on broader AI adoption across your business.
3. Ongoing Support (6 months): Access to our Slack community and AI resource hub, so you can ask questions, share wins, and continue learning alongside other program participants.
During the Build Day, you will:
Building Your AI Solution: Work with our team to create an AI agent or automated workflow tailored to your business needs. Some participants leave with a fully functional agent ready for immediate use; others leave with a strong working prototype they'll refine during their coaching sessions. Your pace and complexity determine the outcome.
Master Prompting: Learn best-in-class prompting and context-engineering techniques to get the most out of AI tools.
Learn the Basics of Safe AI Adoption: Understand the essentials of responsible AI use so your business adopts AI safely.
Map Your Opportunities: Identify where AI can be integrated into your daily operations to remove friction and save time.
